Yakima tracks

What type of towers do I need for 2- 72" roof mounted tracks for an ATC popup camper. I was told either Yakima or Thule towers would work?

Both Thule and Yakima towers do work.  Which ever you choose, you’ll need landing pads and bars for that brand.  I had a large inventory of older Yakima gear, so I went with their towers and round bars.  I did use Thule’s track nuts, since they can be installed and removed without having to remove the track end caps.
