I used the 50 in my example because of the physical location in your picture.

Yes, ideally the negative main draw/return would be on a different battery than the main connection. I have two 100AH BB in parallel, and that’s what I did.

My truck is purposely not included in my Camper battery system setup. So, 250A bus bar should be plenty, correct? Probably not pulling more than maybe 30A?
Sorry, Need to mention … no inverter, horizontal 55cfx dometic fridge, FWC furnace, FWC internal LED lighting, small 1.3gal/min water pump, only used briefly ~1/day, 2 - DIY installed variable speed fans in 2 roof vents, 2 outdoor FWC LED porch lights (only use with active bears about), FWC flood lights (glad I have but never used)

Yes 250A is plenty. Or even smaller
