Now this ignited the carnivore within! It was hard to not start licking the monitor when he pulled it off the grill in the foil boat.

I love brisket but I've never had the guts or the knowledge to cook one.

Great info, especially on the trimming. I would have to take out a loan to buy a brisket that big!  :lol:

Great info, especially on the trimming. I would have to take out a loan to buy a brisket that big!  :lol:

Costco is offering 20 year loans. :P

Many years ago I tried "corning" a Brisket.It took a lot of time

but it turned out OK.

Wouldn't do it again,it's easier to buy one even with the 20 year loan.

Thanks Ski! I've been panning on trying this on my FIL's Traeger when we visit them in Prineville this June/July.
