I have been in Lightroom processing images so much that their temp slider has the shades backwards to go with numbers.  They are using not a kelvin scale it looks like.  Thom thanks for not jumping on me too bad. You are correct!

Flinchlock and ntsqd are correct.  Color temperature is the best way to compare and choose.  

 

They posted good lamp selection information in the table/chart.
