A bit of background:

I recently experienced an ongoing denial of login when trying to access Wander the West, (WTW).  Trying to make contact with the WTW mother ship via the embedded Outlook Messanger resulted in delivery errors.  Basically I'm up that well known tributary without a means of propulsion at this point.

A complaint? No it's not.  Please read on.

As mentioned the embedded Outlook Messanger would not deliver my message.  So I copied the Site Team Support address into my personal email account and sent an email describing my plight.  This is significant because in my experience many "support" groups only monitor requests that come through their system.  Not WTW though!

I sent my note off in the late evening.  The next morning I had both a confirmation that WTW received my note and a response that my profile and such were corrected and I am back in business.  My thanks to Dirk the person that made it happen on the WTW side and I can again access the full site, view photos, comment and such.

In this day and age I think that is service worth mentioning :)

Thanks for this, we generally only hear about the problems not the good outcomes :)
