I saw a post that modified the cabinet to add two sliding tables.  On my recent trips I have the same complaint about the table.  I only use the table briefly to eat, otherwise its in the way and its trouble to set up and take down.  I though I would just add a small table that folds up and doesn't take a lot of space.  I had some 3/4" plywood from an old entertainment center and used a peace a little bigger than the current table.  I hinged it to the top rail on the ATC cabinets with two 12" hinges from Home Depot, and used a 1/4" peace of plywood to support the table when its setup.  The table is very simple and solid as a rock. Its fixed to the far back corner of the camper in a convenient place. Here are some pictures.
