Okay that is settled ... Progressive spring pack it is.

Now then ... I'm just about going nuts with this.... 2016 Diesel Colorado (fantastic truck IMO) ...not many aftermarket shock choices. I am planning on adding a progressive spring pack and shocks on all for corners. I would also like to make the truck level with a 2" rough country kit if the shocks don't make it level.

I have looked at Eibach, Bilstein, Boss, OME, Fox, Icon, King.
Most don't make for Colorado yet.
I want adjustability as I have a camper on 1/2 year.
I do not have a ton of $....Good Gawd...Icons are expensive! The Colorado is coil over in the front. I'm just beating the bushes everywhere I can as it is hard to see the camper sitting there and our season is almost over up here in the frigid North East.

Still waiting .... trying to find the measurement specifications of the stock shock so I can hunt for aftermarket (few have made them yet), attached is the specs I seek for the Colorado.

Once I get them I will be able to have the progressive leaf pack made. More than likely it won't happen this season... running out of camper weather in the northeast. I will absolutely post once it gets resolved.

For future Twin owners (Canyon/Colorado). Bilstein told me yesterday that they should have the 5100 RHA (Ride Height Adjustable) shocks released during the SEMA show in Vegas  Nov 1-4. If True it adds another great option ...currently Eibach Pro Truck RHA shock is out there and the Bilstein 4600. I hope to go with the Bilstein RHA 5100, a Hellwig Sway bar. The Airlift bags have been replaced and finally actually work.... seems there were the major part of the bottoming out issues due to their loss of air..... meaning I had no play in the suspension. Still taking another look at add-a-leaf (again). I have been told that one can get a medium duty leaf which adds 500 lb load and does not over stiffen the ride. I am slowly learning up all this stuff....

Just an added note... took another test drive 100miles of back roads... 40-50 mph and the diesel is amazing. Great  torque/power...hardly notice camper there (on the smooth stretches!)... average 25 mpg. (on the highway I was getting 28 MPG at 60-65 mph)

Couldn't you just take one of your shocks off and measure it?

I ordered the Hellwig sway bar and decided to buy the Eibach Pro Truck RHA (0-2" front lift) ...similar to Bilstein 5100 RHA).

I will see how it all goes with the airlift airbags. If I find I need the leaf spring work I'l go there. The reason the truck was bottoming out was I had a bad Airlift bag and there was no room for the springs to move with the camper on. I will say the diesel is incredible ... a real pleasure having power to spare ( I had a 4 cylinder Tacoma before and tho I loved the toughness of the truck...it was painful on hills)
