A nice program on Oregon Public Broadcasting on the French Trio that took Kayaks down the Green and Colorado rivers in 1938.

Here's a link with a trailer. I'll try and find the full feature when I boot my desktop.

If you find the full film please share the link.  An edited version of it was shown as part of the Best of Banff film tour this year but really left me wanting to see the entire film.

Well, Rats!!!!   It looks like Oregon Lens is not one of the programs they broadcast online.   Sorry.   If you can catch a rebroadcast on OPB, it's worth the watch.

 

You can buy a DVD from French Kayak Film as well as get a schedule of the places it will be showing.
