I am trying to place a photo in my profile. It appears but it is up side down. I rotated my photo on my computer 360 , however when down loading to my profile it still is upside down. I had the same problem when down loading a photo in thumbnails. I was able to rotate my photo on my computer and it worked. But not in my profile.

Try loading it into a new personal gallery in WTW, ensure it's right side up, then use that copy for your avatar photo. There seems to be some issues with how the site software reads the EXIF orientation data on certain photos.

You may need to add/delete it a couple of times.

I see you sorted it out...but, 

 

Be sure to SAVE the photo after you use the rotate tool.  Then upload to your profile.

Take a selfie upside down then upload it. You might look like one of those little trolls but at least your profile pic will be the right way up.
