Just curious, what is the gap between cab over and cab that was causing the noise? I have a 2” gap.

My first truck/camper had a little noise.  It was F150 supercrew with 4" gap to overhang, and the leading edge of camper was farther back from top of windshield.  I used a deflector on it for small vaguely perceived benefit of improved aerodynamics.   My current rig is a F250 Supercab.  It has a 1.5-2" gap and the leading edge of the camper overhang is 12"-14" behind the top of the windshield.  The configuration seems very quiet as the windshield is the deflector.   Plus I have M/T tires which helps cover any wind noise...
