No, there has been no announcement ... I'm just imagining ... but FWC should be taking a hard look at this and get one ready to roll ASAP IMHO.

Oh please!  If the Tesla Cybertruck is as ugly and with the ridiculous bed design, I would hate to see a FWC 'space age', 'look at me', 'I am green' camper stuffed into one...

Just my take, but I am old and could be wrong!

But hey here is order page:

Only if the entire unit - truck and camper - is completely powered by onboard solar and my camera breaks.

Way too early to be doing anything but brainstorming.  There aren't even any production prototypes to use for mockup.

A Project "M" type cap would be easy to develop.

Anything larger would be very difficult.

Electric vehicles and especially the cyber truck does not work for me and my uses; so zero interest.

I don't think the cyber truck is the best candidate - but electric trucks are coming and thinking about the possibilities is an interesting exercise.    What about an F150 with an electric drivetrain?   I would consider it.

Now an electric jeep with hub motors would be awesome!   It would be like having front and back lockers locked all the time but without any impact on steering.     But wait.  There is more.   Tank Turns:

Seems to me that FWC caters to the boondocking crowd that  prefers to spend vacation time away from civilization, so would have no way to charge it. As Ski suggested, if it can be charged via solar, that would work. Even if it took a few days sunshine to charge, that would work for me for some if not most of my camping. No idea if that is doable with current solar technology.
