I am no expert so there are probably a bunch of cons but you could always move the mounting brackets on the camper. This would allow you to get angle and placement of the eyebolt in the truck bed you want.

Sloth,

You ever get your mounting dialed in? I just snagged a 1997 Hawk for my 2015 Tundra doublecab. Previous owner had it mounted in a 2012 tundra with no issues, so I know it fits... Just trying to figure out where I want the mounting eye bolts to be.

the videos and Stan's post above should be pointing you in the right direction.

Thanks Vic! I saw those, and it gives me plenty to go off of, just wasn't sure if there was any "lessons learned" that sloth discovered during the install.

Picking up eyebolts and turnbuckles this afternoon from FWC in woodland on my way to Chico to pick up the new camper. Hopefully all goes smooth!
