Bill, what took them to Oracle? My cousins are horse people, Thom a long time horse trainer. Up from the YWCA camp is a "Horse Camp" - a private facility with horse boarding and campground for folks with live in stock trailers. My cousins stayed there two winters before deciding to buy.
We have good friends who are building a house in Oracle AZ and will be moving there in a few months. I sent them your report.
