Vehicles, branches, downed trees are melting out of the snow. Yup, must be spring.

Big snow storm due in here this weekend-yep must be Spring! And I was just getting used to sitting on my deck in the sun with a good book and a  beer again :rolleyes: !

I've heard 12" - 16" snow coming here. We'll find out.

...A High Impact Late Season Winter Storm will bring Mountain
Travel Impacts Today into Early Next Week...

.A pair of Pacific systems are arriving this weekend bringing
significant late season snowfall to the mountains. The initial
storm moving in today will bring periods of snow to areas between
3,500 and 5,000 feet. Expected amounts will range from 6 to 12
inches ahead of a stronger system set to drop heavier snowfall on
Sunday. An additional 1 to 2 feet of snow is expected leading to
periods of mountain travel impacts. For those who must travel,
expect chain controls, possible road closures, snow-covered
roads, poor visibility, and significant travel delays. Snow
levels will lower down to 3,000 to 4,000 feet Sunday night. Storm
total snow amounts will likely range from 1 to 3 feet, locally
over 4 feet possible. Snow showers continue on Monday

More than pretty good rain. Over two inches. I haven't seen the local creeks that high in years. Ponding in the usual spots. The local detention basin that I have never seen even slightly full was half full.

Yup, they were correct with the forecast. A little over a foot. Burned more diesel this morning. Good news, we have power. :)
