Just installed a set on our 2020 F-150. Excellent quality with all hardware included. Tools needed: Short #2 Phillips, standard #2 Phillips, small drift pin, narrow putty knife. Installation rating easy-moderate in difficulty. Total Installation time 20 minutes. 
The fit was tight and the only difficult area was clearing the mud flap clips. The narrow putty knife was used to help clear the clips. Overall a nice update at half the cost of the Ford option.
