2006 Tundra with around 118k miles. It's never in the shop. Love this truck. Especially considering that our last adventure vehicle was an 85 VW Westfalia. Terrible how much I spent on that damn thing!

I had the same experience with my 2003 Tundra.... and prior to that I also had an '85 "It'll- Fail- You". I don't think I ever went on a trip when something didn't go out. It made for some interesting side trips looking for parts or a repair shop. After driving out of Chaco Canyon without a clutch I decided I needed something more reliable, which led me to my 1st Tundra and Hawk.

We have a 2005 Tundra that just went to 181,000 miles. Only repair I would consider non-maintenance would be replacing the ball joints. We have been trying to purchase a new Tundra, but as soon as the dealer hears we want a long bed, I never get a call back. If anyone has a good dealer they like, let me know!
