Hello all.

I'm a recent Truck Camper Convert and came across a good deal on a 1994 Viking SP070 7' Truck Pop Up Camper and am looking for some information on it.

I tried a search and came up flat.

It'a a decent shape Camper but with a few Issues,

One being that the LP Tank Door is missing. The Frame is there but the actual Door is gone. i want to replace or build a new one but I can not find any Info on it. Does anyone know how it was attached? The Frame is there but signs of any hinges or latches except for a threaded nut .

Another issue is the Fridge Doesn't "work"  according to the Previous Owner.

it's a Norcold Model 323 3 way Fridge(LP Gas, 12 VDC or 120 VAC). It doesn't com eon on AC or DC but I haven't tried the LP Tank yet.

The Last Issue I have is a Window is missing. I can get replacement Glass but the Trim is missing and I don't k now what to replace it with.

Any Info on this ?

Thanks for any help in advance.

John

Welcome to the cult.

Just did a quick search.Looks like the Coachman co. that made the campers stopped

making them after 1996.

Also most of the parts used on campers/trailers/RVs are similar.

Like the propane door you might be able to order a new one with the frame and replace the whole thing.

On the fridge maybe just a fuse is blown.

On the window that might be a harder item,to locate but maybe the window

is a standard size camper window so parts might be available.

thank you for the reply.

I'll look into ordering some parts.

any online companies/stores suggestions besides amazon or ebay for camper parts?

The only "Camper Store" I've ever been to is a Camping World. ha ha

I think finding a door looks easier.A quick look showed a lot of sizes.

The door is on a frame and should just replace the old frame.

It might open a different direction though, like opening up instead of to the left.

It also looks like there are several parts sites to search.

Great people to work with. They are in Sacramento Ca.

Just search ATC Campers to contact them.

Hello G J
Might try a company like this. If they are not able, ask if they know of a competitor that specializes in older camper windows.
Where I end up is usually not where I started.

I bet they have a window to fit his needs.

As different as camping equipment is, there

are many parts that are standard.

thank you everyone for your inputs.

the more i dig into this camper the more i see. ha ha

The Window is my main concern right as the recent rain has been more frequent. .

the previous owner had slab of thin wood, silicone and some screws holding together but it still leaked.

the sizing is a bit of the problem. an odd ball just from roughly measuring it.

the window is 2 into one. the left side is a  turn out glass louver with a screen and the right originally looks to be a solid glass with some trim which is missing.

i may tackle removing the whole double sided frame and getting a measurement and go from there.

thanks again everyone.

John what are the measurements of the whole window.

That is the style that FWC/ATC uses in their campers.

Maybe one like that will fit.

Frank

PS My window is 49 1/2" x 21 1/4" approximate/but close.

That's to the trim.
