When I've had the problem it was because the battery was a little low... low enough that it didn't spin the furnace fan fast enough to swing the sail switch enough to close (open?) the circuit that allows the sparker to spark. I turned my truck engine on which boosted the battery enough to spin the fan enough...etc.

If your fridge is running, it can pull down the voltage quite a bit. Wait until the fridge stops to try the furnace.

Is it trying the light (can you hear it click on?) and then not lighting, etc.? If so, could be the controller board but it seems to new to have that issue already.

I had a similar problem earlier this year. My FWC is a 2014 Hawk so not sure if this will apply to yours.
After checking almost everything I could in the furnace, I pulled the thermostat off the wall and found that it had a AA battery. Replaced that battery and the furnace worked perfectly. Apparently the thermostat battery is required to send the signal to the furnace to light.
