I am interested in feedback on using an Olympus wave three heater at higher elevations to heat my (Alaskan 10) truck camper?
I am planning an Easter Sierra trip for late October. Last year I planned the same trip then cancelled it when temps dropped to 11F at 10,000 feet.

If you're asking does it work at higher elevations...  I've used my Wave 6 at 10,000+ feet in the White Mts of eastern CA -- worked fine.

Remember to vent your camper adequately...maybe vent more due to less O2 at higher elevations...and have a working CO sensor/alarm running.

I have a wave 3 in my Alaskan, works fine at 8700 feet, highest I have tried it. I use it to supplement the furnace in truly cold trips. Keeps the furnace from cycling as much, but not enough by itself when really cold ( 0 or so).
