So we wanted to get in one trip this fall, which we did last month to Monitor Pass. Now it’s time for the rebuild to begin. The bottom of the camper seems to be solid with no signs of rot. Top was a different story... plywood around the windows inside was coming apart. Plan is to strip the plywood inside , check frame for rot, and make it look good again! We’ll see how it goes...

Not sure why it’s flipping my pictures?

It’s pretty common with phone and tablet pictures.  When it does that, try this...  delete the photo from the post, then edit in your device.  Rotate it 90° and save.  Edit again, rotate it back through to the original orientation and save.  Add it back in to your post.

It’s an irritation, but the fix is pretty quick.

Good luck on your project, please do share.

What did you use to strip the paint on the exterior? I'm looking at repainting mine. . .

Started out with 1000 grit, then polishing compound, Was considering polishing the entire camper but...it’s a 1958[emoji849]. Eventually decided I was better painting some of itIMG_4591.JPG

Still working...
