i have been looking for a blazer fwc camper for a while with no luck so I started to build my own.blazercamper5.jpeg

Looking good. Are you using Tig or a spool gun?

Looking good. Are you using Tig or a spool gun?

thanks! Im using a spool gun on frame and tig on all the thin stuff. The frame is .125 wall 1x1 square tube.

Should be stronger than bending that square tube in such a tight radius.

I don't know why It didn't occur to me earlier but on FWC and ATCs they use a thicker C-channel for the cab over section. They cut reliefs on the inside of the corner to allow them to bend it. Not sure how strong the tubing would be for the cab over.
