-lighter weight
-6.5 foot bed (floor length)
-N/S bed with under bed storage
-rollaway bench or side dinette (allows top down sleeping)
-not interested in a dedicated bath
-interested in storage for full time occupation

I'm attracted to FWC, Hallmark, and Northstar... maybe a custom build by Phoenix is the way to go.

Talk to the people at ATC, they make great campers, and will do custom work.

The under bed storage requirement rules out FWC and ATC unless you want to go with a FWC flatbed.

If there was a lot of other storage then under bed isnt required. Just seems to be a smart move which also raises the headroom with the top down which I like. I understAnd it also raises the CG a bit but I think its a worthwhile trade off.

Under bed storage also means a higher sidewall, lower fabric section, and a taller entry door.

I meant to comment/reply that being over 6' tall, I would appreciate a taller entry door.

Hallmart meets most of your list but not lightweight. N/S sleeping not unless under 5'7" like my wife and me which I gather you are not. Taller door not likely in any poptop.
