Mini-Earthroamer. Cool concept but $50,000 non-refundable deposit?!

I love my Tacoma and it still surprises me with its off-road capabilities, hauling and power. But I really do believe it is the wrong chassis for something like this.

The cargo carrying capacity of this motor home will be minimal.

Winnebago's new Ekko motor home on a dually Ford twin turbo V6 Transit AWD chassis will have way more storage and cargo capacity. And while it won't be as off road capable as the Tacoma MH, this Tacoma Truckhouse won't exactly be a rock crawler either.

Seems the truck camper market just gets crazier every day.

Man that's just about the price of a median priced home in the US.

I have to agree with Kolockum, not enough truck there, especially that 3.5L 6cyl. motor. Even with the optional regearing I believe power will be lacking.

That bridge in Brooklyn wasn't that much more expensive than this unit.

I paid about half that in total cost combined for both my units, a 40ft diesel pusher motorhome and a ford F150 Fx4 with a FWC Hawk, including all mods and getting all the equipment to tow the truck behind my motorhome. I wish them luck.
