Big congrats for a well thought out acquisition, now realized.

Do you have plans to remove/ replace the front air dam?

Thank you all for your kind words. It's been a few years since I have been involved in a project like this so it has been quite a bit of fun so far and I am looking forward to additional modifications. I will begin listing them here for reference.

And what would be the advantage of removing the front air damn? I had not considered that.

And here is the second upgrade which will be the installation of the OEM projector LED headlights so these tired eyes can see better at night. This also requires a custom wiring harness being built for $175 using all OEM style connectors, wire, etc. and a few changes to the code in the BCM.

Removing the air dam would prevent it from getting torn off or hung up on obstructions on trails, possibly damaging other parts in the process.  On most fire road type trails, having it on won't be a problem.

The front air dam removes itself at first sign of off roading. Mine tore off in 2005 and I never looked back.

Very, very nice truck, and thanks for the details and pricing.  I'm considering a similar build with the 6.4L Hemi engine... only significant difference would be quad cab and 6.5 bed instead of single cab and 8 foot bed (and color).  Not really in the market for a truck this year, but the 0% financing for 48 months can't be beat, and has me tempted to upgrade.
