It’s not often one has a true war story, but felt now was an appropriate time to share that one.  And I never told Mom that the Jack Daniels was contaminated...

Jonathan, thanks for that feedback.   Do you know what caused the crack?  Was it just constant use, or did it get bounced around during travel?
 

I don’t think I would ever use one of the fuel containers, but I would like to use the water container on the tailgate.

It was never in a vehicle. I used it for fuel storage at home, after giving it a favorable review on Overland Tech and Travel. The rotating spout cracked right at the base.
