We used free range boneless chicken breasts. I will post the recipe if anyone is interested.

I've always wondered how boneless chickens can even survive, but that stew sure looks tasty. You're darn tooting we'd like the recipe!

I believe that boneless chickens were originally bred by Salvador Dali, but I could be wrong.
