Milt thank you so much for another inspiring report! It did get me to wondering - I had sort of assumed you used watercolors, but you mentioned pencils - are all the colors from pencils? Or what exactly is the medium? Thanks again for taking the time to share.

If I can be so bold as to speak for Milt (only because he may not check in on this for a while...):
He's told me (and demonstrated once, in person) that he uses "water-color pencils". They're used like regular colored pencils (so more portable and "hardy" than water colors for camping) except that after the drawing is sketched you can apply a water-wet brush and the colors flow a bit and end up looking like water colors painted with a brush.
If/when Milt checks in here he can correct me if I got this wrong.
