Thanks. The Brophy cable jacks have a tripod base. I assume we won't run over that base? Also the Brophy connection seems a little scary. Looks like it has a small angle iron that could slip off.
I believe some folks have extended the base to get a better purchase on the camper overhang. I use two to get the canopy of my F350, but would feel more secure with three. I made a cross truck frame that slips between the truck bed and canopy, and the jacks lift that frame.
