I don’t understand why, he’s using that ultra lean 20% fat ground beef.

Wimps. Wimps, I say.  :P

If I recall correctly, it has to be 30% fat to be called hamburger. Just like a hot dog. 30% fat.

So, 20% fat could be called lean, I guess.

I'd eat one of them. One should last me my entire life. Whatever remains of it.

...............I should confess this was easy for me to say. I have lived 69 years without eating one chili cheese dog. I was, however, present and watched a cousin eat one once. :)

I LOVE a good hot dog, but remember:

No dogs for me. This is what I'm dreaming about!

I must say I like mine a little more toward medium instead of just restoring the original body temperature. Those fries look soooooo good. I don't believe I've had fries for close to two years now.

I do. Unapologetically. In fact I had one for lunch today.

Our favorite steak is the “flatiron”, sometimes known as the butler’s choice; tender like a filet with full beef flavor like a sirloin. It can be difficult to find, but down our way Vons (Safeway) carries them in cryovac. On the expensive side but if you serve it sliced (like the hanger steak pic) it goes a long way. Yes…cooked medium is our favorite. Serve it with a simple arugula salad.
