Becoming old farts has its perks, such as when watching this video I said over my shoulder to the Lady taking her exercise bike for a spin, "What lake is this?" Without hesitation the correct answer rolled across the room. So many places to call home. Enjoy this film -

Thanks for posting,that was a great video.

Surprised to not hear any mention of the CDF&G

hatchery at Heenan Lake.

Nice fish caught.

I didn't think Heenan would open this year.

I would bet the water is very low.

I've fished there in low water years and there

wasn't much left in the lake.

Plus I think at very low water levels it's very stressful for the fish.

Sad as it's a great place to catch some very large LCT's

I've been to that lake. But I turned the video off. Uhhhhmmm - flying a drone in a wilderness area is not legal and I have been followed and buzzed by a drone in that particular valley.

That got my dander up also. Do you know what I like about drones? Nothing.

Well, I’ve never been to that lake, but I can walk to the university they attend.
