-Webasto gas heater, the gas webasto’s can be finicky so we installed a back up, they both have their advantages/disadvantages - as per: https://faroutride.c...basto-vs-propex
-Propex propane heater - works great, 20lb propane tank installed per recs from faroutride.com, we used a horizontal tank instead of vertical, but it is sealed and vented: https://faroutride.c...-system/#locker
.
Tires:
-upgraded tire size https://faroutride.c...es-upgrade/#top

-also we have have winter chains https://faroutride.c...-chains-review/ that we have never had to use
.
Other:
Overall we have been very happy with the van and we are sad to see it go. But we want to try out something different.
.
MPG 15
.
It tolerates winter driving very well, see review of this here: https://faroutride.c...nlife/#traction and we would go with this van again over the front wheel drive promaster. We have done a bunch of winter and ski resort camping (and with a baby!). The van is a great setup for this.
.
My wife and I did this conversion. It is not perfect by any means but we think it will make someone very happy.
.
Van is located in Billings MT, title has no lien
