Rooftop air conditioners. We ordered an A/C with our Hallmark Ute but due to supply chain issues it (I think the Coleman Polar Cub) wasn't available by the time we picked up camper. Further, there seem to be quality control issues with these, particularly a sharply bent refrigerant tube that breaks, so unlike Coleman and DuoTherm heat pump and regular A/Cs we had on trailers in '70s that ran and ran. Has anyone else heard of more problems with these recently compared to other taller models or other brands, with or without heat strips (which used to not last) or heat pumps? Most of what else is available is 13,500 BTU or more; too big and amp draw high, and they don't run long enough to dehumidify quickly, but that's what's there. RecPro now making an AC A/C, too new for website. Dometic seems to have swallowed various makes so has numerous models that look unrelated, some medium height, some tall. Some Furrions and Advents (for latter some said “noisy”) on ETrailer.com. Thoughts? https://www.truckcam...mpers-and-vans/
