I know these are mounting brackets (see attached).

 

I know the angle bit goes outside the bed.

 

I know the right angle goes inside the bed.

 

What I don't know is, What keeps it all attached? Or another way to put it, How does it work?

 

ALSO, Do these brackets attached to the AC via turn buckles?

you need either straps or chains from the bracket shown to your jack mounts on the camper
