Sorry, don't have my AC handy and I didn't find this while searching the forum.

 

QUESTION - How wide is the outside door frame? Upper and lower door please.

That seems to vary with how old your camper is. Also the frame has several pieces, so you'll have to be a bit more specific.

I am working an issue on the open tail gate and trying to determine clearance.

Hope I'm not too late... on my 1978 Alaskan NCO, the open door dimensions are 20.25" wide by 42" tall for the lower door and 26" wide by 27" tall for the upper door. The upper door folds back flat against the camper so it opens all the way.
