We just added 1” square tabs of adhesive-backed Velcro to the pop-up vinyl.  There are two at each of the four upper ends.  In each case, one is a few inches in from the corner and the other close to the end of the liner.  These grip the existing Velcro on the liner so everything stays together.  So far so good, and the corners look much better.  There have not been noticeable changes in raising lowering and we’re assuming that, if there was a problem, the minimal velcro attachment would give way before mischief was done.

(This post was edited after I actually got off the couch and went out to see what “we” did.)

As a follow up, is this still holding up and any issues?  I can't stand the corners falling down anymore!

It’s working great after about a dozen ups and downs and it is nice not having the droop.

Great... headed out to add some velcro to the corners and around the back.

I figured it'd work on the front as there are those wires that are behind the push boards and the velcro is way thinner than the wire loom.

Thanks!

Ditto, we did the corner patches of velcro too and love how it cleans up the look of the thermal pack. Several dozen ups and downs and it is holding fine

I've sent an email to FWC about this issue and they stated it should be ok.

We never have attached ours. Liked to be able to pull it out easily to wipe the walls down.
