Like that roll up tool pouch with the separate velcro bags. That would be a lot easier than my present box of everything! Gotta start a new cookie jar fund for that one. Thanks for the post.

All the Step 22 gear I've reviewed and used has been top notch. The Pangolin roll-up tool bag is brilliant.

Yup, that tool roll is on my wish list.  The product line is impressive.

I can hear the Ghost of generubins profile cranking up to flame the links of anyone considering a tool roll, or similar item there of as I type  !!!!

For the unaware, generubin was a fairly frequent contributor here at one time. He either started, or was part of a somewhat lengthy post concerning tools, tool planning and tool storage for wandering. From what I gathered, he was/is an experienced International Wanderer, who had pictures on here to prove it. I haven’t seen anything from him on here in awhile. I hope all is well.

FWIW, I think that tool roll bag thingy was pretty neat too. Not buying one, but it’s neat none the less.

Thanks for sharing the video, Donald’s channel is one of the few of that genre I follow.

Thanks for sharing the video, Donald’s channel is one of the few of that genre I follow.

While I occasionally look at other “overlanding” channels, Donald’s (Softroading the West) is the only one I subscribe to.

They appear to be good products but I wish they offered other colors, I’m migrating away from black. Not such a big issue with bright tools but I tend to lose things visually with the dark background and end up tearing everything apart looking for something.
