For the over 65 Medicare crowd ?? When traveling to/ through Canada do u buy a supplemental health insurance policy. Going to Alaska in 2023 an will be in Canada for 2 weeks. just wondering...

On all our trips to/through Canada we have never gotten extra coverage.
When we make out trips to Barcelona Spain we buy "Travel Guard".
Medicare doesn't cover but I think our supplemental insurance might.
