How long does it take from the time of the order to take delivery? I imagine it varies but I am looking for a ballpark figure.

I ordered an F150 in early October 2021 and it arrived mid-January 2022.
No idea if that's typical...

You should also consider the options for the truck - if you are heavy with electronics your wait will likely be longer as they source chips.

My RAM 3500 Tradesman took under twelve weeks to build and part of that time was during Christmas. It was worth the wait.

We ordered a RAM Tradesman last March and it was ready at the end of May.   After that, lead times stretched out due to supply chain issues.   Best check with a dealer to find out what your particular flavor of truck will take to get built.
