The asking price for the Grandby Camper is $19,750. For my full Truck/Camper Combo, w/Solar, the asking price is $62,000. Legit offers welcome.

The truck is not for sale w/o the Camper. The truck is a 2018 Ford F-150 FX4 Lariat w/HD Pkg. The truck mileage at present is 13,900. Original Monroney sticker pic is at bottom below where all the truck info is listed along w/ two priced options
The Camper offers near new, really clean condition. It’s very light weight for a Grandby which contains many/most desired camp options. FWC hard rock maple ply was used for all cabinets & drawers. This Camper offers more (measurable & convenient) storage than fully loaded slide-in FWC Camper’s I toured. It is very roomy inside as the cabinets do not extend into the aisle. In all, we had ~15 trips in total, of 3-4 night duration, since purchase. Our truck mileage is very low as noted above. I live 90 minutes from FWC Woodland, CA facility. I would pay to have my Camper removed, buyer pays for FWC install. I would consider meeting at another FWC facility. Please review my Camper history (w/many pics) in the thread link below. Here is my 2018 Grandby Shell as ordered from FWC, & it’s contacted buildout options, everything is listed below …

Aluminum Jack brackets
Flush mount stove
Extra powered roof vent fan
8’ Side awning w/light
Yakima tracks only
Rear floodlights
Thermal pack
King slide out bed
Rollover couch
Forced air furnace
Camper battery system w/AGM Battery
Propane tanks

Contracted after market custom buildout options listed below …

Large pantry cabinet w/shelf, topped w/large, soft touch self close, utility drawer
2 very large & deep storage drawers under the couch - passenger side (offers considerable convenience)
2 drop downs w/cubby storage - driver side
1 drop down cubby w/electrical access with “improved” Blue Sea 12 fuse panel - driver side
Pullout Marine faucet & SS sink w/cabinet containing plumbed 7gal water tank w/pump
Exterior sink drain & locking water tank fill
Wood deck - driver side offers refrigerator placement w/custom bracket/strap
Wood deck - driver side offers seat space w/cushion or future build option
Exterior mounted “Zero Declination” drop down shower tent - driver side.
Improved furnace thermostat offering lower temperature settings
Improved 40lb gas roof struts
Lagun mount swivel table w/custom fabricated SS mounting bracket
Dometic 2018 - CFX50W horizontal refrigerator - (2018 Retail price was $995)

Here is a link to my documented Shell build thread … There are Lots of Pics to be seen, can offer more (if serious) if needed … https://www.wanderth...+takes +village

The above Grandby Shell at current FWC pricing, w/same options, would spec out to $26,490. That is w/o tax or install fee. 8% sales tax charged in Woodland, CA. would equal $2120. Total with tax = $28, 610.
Contracted buildout w/materials = $4300.The buildout was estimated to add 50-75 lbs dry weight. Everything listed above, in both sections, has to be sold as an equipped unit. My best attempt at an Ultra-Light Grandby.
Adding the contracted buildout w/o tax would spec Camper out to $30,790. (Tax would add another $2463)

Add on Option …
Solar Package - Asking price is $1000.
Package includes- Victron SmartShunt 500 amp Bluetooth Battery Monitor, Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100V 30 amp 12/24Volt Bluetooth Solar Controller, 100Ah StarkPower LiFePo4 Battery, 50Ah StarkPower LiFePo4 Battery (total battery storage=150Ah), 2 - SunPower® ETFE Flexible Solar Panels | SPR-E-Flex-110W (total roof solar=220W), Custom ultralight aluminum tube Solar (Flex Panel) roof rack. Solar roof weight is ~17lbs. The Solar Panels & LiFePo4 Batteries are wired in parallel which provides a 12V electrical system.

Addendum - The Camper was ordered in December 2017 & is listed as 2017 on the Manufacturer Statement of Origin. FWC started the Camper build in 2018 & finished it in March of 2018.

2018 Ford F-150 FX4 Lariat w/HD Pkg - mileage at present is 13,900 miles. At 8,000 miles the tires were replaced & upgraded to 5ea - E Rated LT275/65 Wrangler R18 UltraTerrain AT. Current mileage on new tires is 5,900 miles.
Kelly BlueBook does not list all the possible options for detailed assessed value of this truck. 2 of note include - Max Trailer Tow pkg, Heavy Duty Payload pkg. For everything see Monroney Sticker below with price of truck w/o taxes & fees

Where are you located? I live in Lake Tahoe, hopefully close to you! I have a gen 1 Tundra with a long bed, so finding a light weight camper to fit that bed has been a real challenge. Maybe this a fit? We added airbags to balance the rear suspension, but the payload on the vehicle is still only around ~1500lbs give or take.

When I've looked at older Granby's, width has been an issue. Would you mind taking a look?view?usp=sharing

Thanks!

My FWC Manufacturer Statement of Origin lists the shipping weight at 975lbs. It was given to me when my Camper was installed new at FWC Woodland. It has been suggested that this is the weight of the Shell w/o any added options. Just now on the FWC website, I chose all my Camper options (it’s improved a lot in 4 years). It tallies the Camper weight as you add options. It lists my exact Camper, with options, at 1200lbs. Not sure why FWC floated a (Official Doc) shipping weight that was less than my original, ordered build weight, “delivered” & installed.
Addendum … concerning the weight of my Camper, I called & did more research. My 2018 Shell was a bit of a Unicorn. A furnace came standard with a 2018 Shell model. It was not an option as it had been every other year.
A duplicate Statement of Origin was mailed on request & the Camper weight is listed at 1125lbs.
I believe for my build year that 1125lbs is the correct weight as built. Not 975 or 1200.
If my Pro build, plus external shower curtain, combines to 75lbs, then a good total dry weight estimate is 1200lbs.

Here is a photo before the buildout. As stated in post #1 the Truck now has larger 275/65 R18 E rated tires.

Sounds about right on the weight, I also have a grandly shell with furnace, kind bed and built out benches etc.. it sits at 1250 lbs fully loaded with the exception of water..

For those of you looking, this is a great deal on a great combo.. if you were to price out the truck alone to try to order one (which you almost have to do to get a HDPP F150) it would be $54k +... Amazing platform for a FWC, all the benefits of a F250 in a F150 package, we love ours!!

Which cab configuration and bed configuration is your truck?

BBZ, thanks for the thumbs up! We love our setup as well. Back issues for both of us now sadly limit our long term usage.

There is a link to my WTW build thread, on Post #1 of this sales thread, that shows many interior pics with my build details. I’ll place it here also … https://www.wanderth...+takes +village
I will take some new interior pics tomorrow & try to post them here with hopefully decent resolution.

Bummer, sorry to hear that.. I can't believe you aren't getting more interest, I honestly think this is the best FWC set up money can buy... I suppose I am biased but the only think I wish I could do different is get a flatbed with all the exterior storage boxes, but those are a bit pricey..
