Hello, My dad and I are trying to figure out why my batteries in my 2014 Eagle are not charging from shore power. All fuses are good, master switch is out, and all breakers are good. All connections are tight. When we put the voltmeter to the wires we think are coming from the power converter, there is no current. Does someone have a wiring diagram for where the wires go from the power converter to the battery compartment? There is 1 black wire going to the ground bar and 1 white wire going to the separator. They are the only two wires we can’t trace. Indicated by the red arrows in the photos. They come in from the cabinets. I also can’t see the color of the 12v wires leaving the converter. The white wire is currently disconnected from the separator because I tested the voltage and did not want to pick up the batteries. They tested zero with shore power plugged in. We also get 12.71v leaving the converter after the inline fuse so it’s good.

Look for a fuse on the back of the inverter. Or might have a wire pigtail with a fuse holder off the backside.

The attached pictures are too small to be able for me to see any details.    :(

Don't worry about the battery separator wiring (the black & white SurePower wires).

Those are mostly for the truck, and go up to the truck battery.

Focus on the other two (separate), probably Red & Black wires attached to the batteries. Those 2 wires will disappear into the camper somewhere else, and go back to the main fuse panel inside the camper.

Or plug in a volt meter to the 12V cigarette lighter on the camper cabinets, plug the camper in to 120V AC shore power, and see if the voltage jumps up after a minute of so.
