Having a hard time finding any similar channeled stock. Where did you find it?

Are bottom to top brackets an option?  The front bracket would need to accommodate the cab-over.

 

Regardless, it seems like a reasonable way to accommodate bolt on mounts.

when i was in the ordering process with ATC, they did not object to full length jack brkts.  for whatever reason, i decided to go with the std jacks prior to the build.
