Even though my campers birthday is not until October 2, I am thinking of a small mod for it. I was thinking on painting a 4" to 6" strip down both sides and back matching my Tacoma green.
What do you think? Customize it to my Taco!

You've got to customize it a little to mark your territory and make it yours. Experiment and get the proportions of the stripe just right so it's classy and clean looking. As the date gets closer is the excitement building and the wait harder?

well being the "mature" man that I am, and very patient,HECK YEA I AM GETTING EXCITED! Even lost a bit of sleep after my neighbor woke me up a 3:00am. Layed there thinking about this that and the other thing.

It would probably look great down the drivers side - but the window on the passenger side takes up almost all of that real-estate - I'm not sure what you do there.

OK, I'm home now, spent some time at a friend's house getting some mods done like a cool outside shower curtain rod that slides out of the rear rack, installed fan-tastic fan that was on sale in Salt Lake and super dust sealed the main door with foam and trim. All in all, an outstanding investment for my project, I will have logged at least 250 overnights in the ATC by the end of next year.

The ride and handling with the Rite-rites and my hefty suspension mods is outstanding, it is actually as smooth as the truck has ever been tip to tail, cornering is still very good all things considered.

The handy shower curtain rod on the rack, 30 wide by 35 extended. Now for the turnbuckle leashes, front fairing, All Pro jerry can holder, 115 volt plug relocation, etc...

Looking good, Kodachrome. I like the shower rod idea, very clever.

What a great idea. I might have to give that a try. Is that 1/2" copper?

Yes, it is 1/2 copper tubing, one 10 foot length and two elbows should be just enough to get it done. Here is the finished shower stall, I think it will work well.

That shower curtain idea is grand!

Hmmm. Another rod or so and you could have a very convenient awning. Double duty, just the way we like it!!

Keep it up with the mods. Always good to see what other people think up.
