Got my office situation in place for an extended fishing trip to Lake Superior. Figured I would share to help anyone else looking to do the same. The AC mount was inspired by longhorn1.

Where do you keep your antenna's and mast when not using it?  Hard to aim?

The main mast is a two piece telescoping fiberglass pole. I have 3 different antenna attachments I can put on it. I keep them all in the crew cab part of my truck. Aiming the 4G antenna is not bad. I basically just loosen up the trigger clamp slightly and spin the pole. I use Network Cell Info app to get me pointed in the general direction.

sick!  For comparison, I'm using a Husky Parsec antenna and am pretty impressed, even though it is omnidirectional and permanently mounted.

Wow thats a nice antenna. I might have gone that route had I known about it. Do you have a thread that covers the details, setup, etc?

How do you take the AC mount off of the window? Going to be building mine this weekend!

I used two vertical boards outside that use bolts to hold the frame in place. Really I just use those to keep it steady when Im putting the AC in place, after that the weight of the AC holds everything in place. So to remove the frame I take the 4 bolts out and then it comes right off. Let me know if want some additional pictures.

One thing worth noting is I used pipe insulation on the bottom of the frame, where it rests on the wood inside the camper. This mostly eliminated any vibration/noise from the compressor.

Thanks. I figured thats what you did, but was curious if maybe it stayed there full time. I built mine yesterday and will finish it today. I decided on eye-bolts for the interior for easy deployment.

Good idea on the insulation for vibrations. Will add that to my list.

Made some more progress on the workspace. Setup a mini computer thats attached to the table. It has an i5 and 16g ram with a 512 nvme, so solid enough to do some actual work. The computer wants 19v and the display wants 12v. Instead of having different adapters etc, I got a USB PD outlet that was made to hardwire. Neither the computer nor the display know anything about USB PD voltage negotiation, but! I found some cool usb C to 5.5mm cables that have chips built in to do the negotiation. Turned out pretty clean, would look nicer if I went with a wireless keyboard, but the ones I found just weren't blowing my skirt up. The computer and monitor combined are using about 30w.
