Cite them and charge them for the rescue....a chopper is about $150 million per hour.
"But the app showed the road open" lame excuse.With all the closure "stuff"blocking the road,give me a break.
These people are either stupid or just can't obey rules or both.
Charge them for the rescue and a ticket for failing to obey a lawful road closure.

There is closed and there is closed. Like the road closed signs on the Saline Valley road. More of a drive at your own risk kind of sign. When they toss up the concrete barriers thats a good sign they're serious about the closure.
