Well my wife loves my back country omelets so that will probably be the first mess I make with the stove :-)

The stove arrived Saturday, she's a beauty! Can't wait to try it out. Not sure if I'll get the chance before the Grand Canyon trip but if I do I'll give you guys a full review.
