Spring is here! Bump for a great Spring trip.

Thanks for bringing this up, DD!
Just in time for my trip thereabouts in 3 weeks! Posted Image Reading this is getting me excited, and inspiring me to finish the pre-trip chores on my list. Posted Image

Anyone else planning to be in UT in early May?

Unfortunately I won't be arranging one this year as I have no camper. Someone else could put something together though.

What -- am I in charge? All this pressure on a newly-retired guy! Posted Image
OK, first of all, (to avoid confusion with the "2010" date of this thread) let's take this discussion over to the planning thread I already started :
Southern-UT/Northern-AZ in Early-May

On my trip-planning thread, I just-now posted a suggested date-range here.

Terrific trip report DD. I was checking it out looking for clues to a trip that way. Interesting that you found a good reason to have your nuts on a turnbuckle. I'll carry a spare turnbuckle, but won't get it near my nuts until absolutely necessary.

Good luck on that new camper project. May you be wandering again soon.

Just a quick question for ya,Dose the cafe at Boulder give you a ton of pickles on your plate with your food? Back a few they did so we called the place the pickle place, that was when they first started the Boulder Lodge...Heading to that area the 1st,can't wait,it's been a few years. Craig.

Nah no pickles. The food I had was pretty gourmet - not a burger and fries - so pickles wouldn't have gone with the meal.

2003 Dodge 1500 quad cab 4x4 5.7L Hemi auto w/ ride rite air springs and 1999(2000?) Hawk

2007 Dodge 2500 quad cab 4x4 5.7L Hemi auto and slowly progressing build.

FYI: I've got a bunch of extra 14ga wire in red and black. Its a thick jacket 41strand wire (likely MTW wire) verse typical 19strand automotive wire. It has good flexibility but factor in the thick jacket. I'll ship out 100' coils for $18 (I can go 50' of ea for that too) if anyone is in need of wire.
