RIGHT NOW! Here in Palmetto Island State Park, Louisiana: a FWC Hawk on a GMC Sierra with Texas plates. Just a couple of sites away from my campsite.
(I, however, am traveling incognito: my identity as a pop-up camper owner is obscured by my travel trailer.)

On Mother’s Day, there was a smooth side Fleet on a full size Silverado parked in front of the Haines, Oregon post office. A nice looking setup.

On Thursday I saw a beautiful FWC rig on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge (Annapolis, Maryland area). It was coming at me from the opposite direction and we were in heavy traffic so I didn't see much. Truck and flatbed camper appeared to be color-matched in kind of a dark bronze color and looked show-room new.
Nice!
We were headed to Maryland's Eastern Shore for a few days (St. Michaels, Hooper Island, Jane's Island, Crisfield, Deal Island, Pocomoke City, Snow Hill, Berlin, etc).

Sagebrushs are super nice people. Our short 3-hour chat went by way too fast!!!
The view from his place is very nice, his cell phone images don't show the complete picture.

I see pop-up campers (usually FWC, but some probably ATC) almost every time I drive around town here in Bend. Some of these are probably locals, some are probably tourists passing through. I spot 'em so often that I don't report local 'sightings' anymore -- just not special enough.
It was cool to see a couple of them in the campground in Organ Pipe Cactus Nat Mon, back in February, and it was surprising -- and special -- to see one in southern Louisiana in March. Yeah, I still like to report Sightings when way-out and about.

Another sighting at Fort Sagebrush, looks a lot like Doug and Yvonne’s Hawk.
