Can non-FWC owning Wander the West members attend?

Hi Ski3pin,
I would like to limit attendance to FWC owners or those interested in purchasing a new or used FWC. The camping spot I picked has enough room for maybe 25 - 30 trucks overnight if we don't get too spread out. For the casual visitor its remote yet only maybe a mile off the paved road. I'm going over to the campground 8-28-12 to take measurements to update the directions because I can't get accurate measurements from the rangers.

Would it be okay to bring my hawk out there to try and sell?

Have you posted your used Hawk Model for sale on the San Diego craigslist yet ?

If you do, it should sell fast !

Used four wheel campers are in high demand right now.

I think you will get alot more buyers contacting you from craigslist, than you will get from a small FWC get together in the desert ?

Just me 2 cents.


But that said, we would still love for you to come to the event if you want.

Thanks for the heads up, yeah I have it posted but I think it is too good of condition as I did not use it that much (thanks to the crazy drug runners in BAJA) so I have it priced high and thinking it might not sell for awhile.

You will find that this area can accomodate large groups. I really like the spots near the old stage route over foot and walker pass.

I have a feeling it will be a small gathering and relaxing place to get away for the weekend.

No special events planned.

Just come hang out under the stars and relax for an evening or two.

Maybe do some exploring during the day.

I'm looking forward to it.
