Speaking of bacon.Just saw on the morning news,a restaurant in the Height of San Fran, called Bacon Bacon.Seems the neighbors took the owner to court to try and shut it down.Seems they didn't like the bacon smell in their neighborhood.Boy how picky. The owner won but has to install some new fan and filter system.

So all is still well for the bacon lovers. This place uses over #300 of the pork product a day.Looked good from the pictures.

Next time I am in the city I'll have to check it out.

Bacon as a luxury food?

Maybe something a guy orders to impress his date with his wealth?

Seems to be heading that way:

Almost 40 cents per slice thick cut. And worth every cent.

Well, sure, Bill -- you probably get free bacon for life as part of your Hormel retirement package.... right?

;)

See a Bacon powered Motorcycle here

You can’t even see the best feature on the bacon motorcycle. You have to smell it. The exhaust smells like bacon. So when we cruise past you, you’ll thank us.

You’re welcome.

If you want a whiff of our exhaust, just cook up some bacon.

I make my own bacon in my https://www.smokin-it.com/ smoker. I don't cure it, just light salt and spices. I wrap and freeze. Just had some tonight with my steelhead trout😛 Attached File  20170321_093251.jpg   71.89K   20 downloadsAttached File  20170321_095755.jpg   70.44K   20 downloads
