So after losing a few chances at buying a FWC I bought an early generation Phoenix which needs some work. I am starting from the bottom and working up. I have removed the appliances (which mostly work) and cabinetry (which was crumbling). I have started rebuilding the base with a 2x4 lift to clear the truck cab.

 

Is there anyone in the San Diego area interested in meeting sometime to mentor me on the path forward? My big concern is the electrical system. I have read whats available on this site and on expedition portal but it still could use some expertise in this area.

 

The project has been fun already but for sure everything takes about four times as long as you expect.
